I was so excited to shoot this manhattan wedding– Meghan & Terence started their day at the Hudson Hotel, which was super unique and fun to shoot in–we had fun getting some portraits of Terence with the groomsmen down in the hotel bar (complete with pool table).\u00a0 We were just a short walk away from Blessed Sacrament, where the ceremony would be.\u00a0 I have shot in this church before and it is so lovely!\u00a0 Afterwards we did the family pictures right there indoors and then hopped in a shuttlebus down to the Highline for portraits of the couple and wedding party.\u00a0 I was so psyched to get shots of the wedding party off in the distance on a platform with the highline below and the cool manhattan brick buildings in the background.\u00a0 One of my favorite wedding party shots I’ve ever shot!\u00a0 The High Line was busy and crowded as usual on a gorgeous day, but that’s a small price to pay for good weather and amazingly it wasn’t even too windy up there.\u00a0 Once we’d shuttled over to their reception venue, The Lighthouse at Pier 61 I shot a few more out on the terrace with the water, and then it was on to cocktail hour as guests arrived.\u00a0 Over the course of the evening I enjoyed highlights like fantastic dance floor action, a hilarious best man toast, and some pretty night portraits with the lights across the water.\u00a0 I couldn’t have been more thrilled to shoot this all-around perfect wedding day!\u00a0 Congratulations to Meghan & Terence on their beautiful wedding and a clearly great match!!!<\/p>\n
