Jennifer & David: Engagement Portraits at Central Park and The High Line

Jennifer & David are getting married in 2016 at The Village Club at Lake Success on Long Island, where I recently shot a wedding for Jamie & Max. I was excited to get this booking as the day I shot there it was raining more or less all day so I never got a chance to shoot portraits at some of the pretty outdoor spots I had scouted when I arrived. Knock on wood I’ll get my chance! For their engagement portraits Jennifer & David chose Central Park and they even brought a picnic set complete with champagne and glasses to toast their engagement! We opted to hop in a cab towards the end of the session and get down to the the restaurant where David proposed. Naturally since it was right by the High Line and we were there near sunset time we ran up to catch some shots with the pretty views while downtown. I love what we got and I can’t wait to see what they do for their Save The Date cards!
