Interiors of Tarry Lodge!

This week I was hired to shoot interiors featuring the custom woodwork in Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich’s new Port Chester restaurant, Tarry Lodge.  I was there very early in the morning so I’d have time to work without being in anyone’s way… too bad I didn’t get to dine while I was there, I’m sure it would have been spectacular!  Here are a few of my shots for the portfolio on New York Custom Woodworks website, you can tell they did an amazing job– everything from staircases and bannisters to cabinetry, pillars, mouldings, doors nad windowframes was all custom-designed for Tarry Lodge.tarrylodge_sarahtewphotography-8

The interior photographs the intelligent hard work of the designer and his care towards flowing lines and other details + colours. Excellent.
